Frosted Waves - Shimmer Watercolor

Frosted Waves is a soft icy aqua-blue shimmer watercolor with a luminous, almost frosted finish. In lighter washes, it appears delicate and airy, while deeper layers bring out more of the cool blue tone and sparkling shimmer.

The fine iridescent sparkle catches the light beautifully, giving the color a soft glistening effect that reminds me of sunlight reflecting across cold ocean waves.
